Affiliate US Agent Service

It is important to maintain regular and necessary communications with your Affiliate Managers via telephone and email.

From time to time, your Affiliate Manager may want to contact you, especially when you start making money. If you live outside of the US and do not wish to jeopardize your US affiliate account, you definitely need someone in the US who can answer your phone calls and email, so that you appear to be in the US. We can do that for you.

You need to provide the following:

• your affiliate account information, and contact information of your affiliate manager
• general information about yourself and your business
• a valid street address in the US. If you do not have one, we can help you get one

Services

We will answer phone calls and email (optional) from your Affiliate Manager. whenever necessary. We can also initiate phone calls and email (optional) to your Affiliate Manager whenever necessary.

Please note that this service covers up to 4 phone calls and 4 outgoing emails with your Affiliate company or Affiliate Manager per affiliate account per month. Once this limit is reached, you can simply pay for the same price again to double your limit.

US IP

We will use our corporate server IP (available in many US states) when communicating with your Affiliate Manager.

US Phone Line

You need to provide a US landline telephone. If you already have one, please make sure calls can be routed to our phone system. If you do not have one, you may order it here: US Phone Number. The cost is $4.99 one-time setup fee plus $4.99 per month. Free incoming minutes but no outgoing minutes. However, we will cover your outgoing calling minutes.

US Phone Numbers bought there can be hooked up to our phone system so all incoming calls come to us directly. We will add a voicemail box for your phone line. We answer phone calls coming to your phone line whenever possible, or let the voicemail take a message and return your Affiliate Manager's call later. Outgoing phone calls to your Affiliate Manager will be originated from your phone line with your phone number showing up on the Caller ID at the other end.
