Your keywords need to be cleaned and then organized into sub-niches or most related groups. Each sub-niche/group should have its own site, build on keywords in that sub-niche/group for best results.

This is how we clean and organize keywords:

Keyword Cleaning:

(1)	Remove keywords that contain non-alphanumeric characters. Replace two or more consecutive white spaces with one space. Remove spaces at the beginning and the end. Remove blank lines. Remove keywords consisting of numbers and white spaces only. Remove keywords that contain adult, gambling, drug, warez, or hacker word. Remove keywords found in the most common words list. It's OK for words in the most common words list to be part of a keyword phrase. For example: remove keyword "on", but keep keyword "tips on mortgage loans", even though it contains common word "on".
(2)	Lowercase all keywords.
(3)	Remove duplicates.

Keyword Organizing and Sub-Niche Creation:

(4)	Remove all keywords shorter and/or longer than certain number of words and put them in a seperate file. We keep and use keywords containing 1 to 6 words by default, because they bring most traffic. Of course, this can be changed upon request.
(5)	Create a list of sub-niches(groups) based on frequency of appearance, from all words found in all keywords. Push all keywords found in the common words list to the end by setting its frequency of appearance to 0. Remove single character group names. Remove keywords consisting of numbers and white spaces only so they will not be used as group names. Remove group names found in subdomain list file belonging to already processed keyword directory associated with the same domain, so subdomin names that have already been used will not be used again. Group cleaned keywords by most frequent words found in all keywords which can be used as subdomain names, up to certain maximum number of groups (subdomains) which can be set.
(6)	Place all keyword files belong to the same domain under a seperate folder if so desire. Filename shall be in this format: groupname.domain.com.txt. Randomize order of keywords in each file which contains keywords belonging to a group (sub-niche). Put each group of keywords in a seperate file using groupname as filename.
(7)	Make a list of subdomain names using groupnames previously determined, and save them in a file for other use such as creation of subdomains in cPanel and article scraping.
